In July 2003 PAML entered into a co-operation agreement with the Sunshine Law Firm (Sunshine), one of the leading law firms in China specialising in the field of major infrastructure and energy projects.

Sunshine was established in 1995 and we have known the founding partner since 1994 when she was the Senior Lawyer in the Zhejiang Provincial Electrical Power Bureau.  We have included a link to Sunshine's website in our own “Links” section. This website provides details of the extensive legal experience and major achievements of Sunshine in the power sector in China. The terms of our co-operation agreement reflect the close relationship that exists between PAML and Sunshine and we are particularly interested in assisting UK companies involved in the renewable energy sector develop their business in China.
